The AEGON Masters Tennis singles event will comprise eight world-class players, competing during the week to become the Champion of Champions. Two groups of four will play in a series of world-class, competitive singles matches in a round-robin tournament from Tuesday to Saturday. The winners of each group will face each other in the final on Sunday 5th December.
The singles event in 2010 will see, amongst others, Tim Henman, Pat Rafter, Goran Ivanisevic, Pat Cash and Mark Philippoussis competing for the title. The doubles event is a more relaxed affair that is charged with energy, making for compelling viewing. Astonishing performances by long-established favourites such as Mansour Bahrami and Henri Leconte together with a host of other legends, will take place during each session of the tournament.
