Our Guide to the 2011 AEGON Masters Tennis

Added on: May 6, 2011

There has been a lot of great feedback and suggestions about the AEGON Masters Tennis. So this year, as it’s the 15th anniversary of this unique event, we thought we’d take your advice.

Here’s a quick rundown of some of the changes we’ve made to improve this year’s tournament:

Evening sessions to finish over an hour earlier

We know it can be a struggle to get home after a great evening out and many of you told us it’s not always fun rushing to catch the last tube or train home! So we’ve listened to you. The evening sessions will now finish over an hour earlier, leaving you plenty of time to make that all important trip home. There will be 2 matches – a competitive singles and an entertaining doubles with prices to reflect this accordingly. To book your evening out – click here (link to RAH booking page)

New improved format

We’ve been privileged over the years to have some of the greatest tennis legends of all time play at the AEGON Masters Tennis. This year’s event will see the singles field split into two separate tournaments. The new and rising stars on the ATP Champions Tour will compete in a six-man event and a newly created four-man “Legends” group will see our old favourites battle it out.

Two sessions of tennis on Sunday

Many of you have said that a Saturday evening spent at the AEGON Masters Tennis is the perfect weekend’s entertainment but what about Sunday? Again, we’ve listened and increased the amount of play on Sunday to two sessions. The Legends Final will feature in the 12pm session with the ATP Champions Tour Final taking place at 5pm allowing you plenty of time to get home on a Sunday evening. It’s set to be great tournament this year so book today to make sure you get the best seats.

We’ve absorbed the VAT increase

The AEGON Masters Tennis is proud to announce that we are absorbing the 2011 VAT increase. What does this mean for you?

• 2011 prices still start from £17.50 – exceptional value

• Evening prices are better value than 2010 with over 10% off the ticket price

We look forward to seeing you at this year’s event.
